About Me

Mr Ilias Nikolopoulos
I graduated from Leicester Medical School in 2006. After completing my general Obstetrics and Gynaecology training in East Midlands, I was successfully appointed to one of the five posts available every year around the country to be trained in Advanced Laparoscopic Surgery for Excision of Benign Gynaecological Disease. I undertook an intensive training in the medical and surgical management of Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain for two years. I am an accredited advanced laparoscopic surgeon trained to excise and treat deep infiltrating endometriosis. I am a consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at King's Mill Hospital in Mansfield and my private practice is based at the BMI Park Hospital in Nottingham.
